This privacy policy describes how irrilo.com handles your personal information when you sign up for the Irrilo waitlist.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not submit any personal data through our form.
What we collect
When you submit the signup form, we collect:
- Your email address
- (Optional) Your professional role, if you choose to select one (Designer, Dealer, Agronomist, or Farm manager)
- Technical information automatically collected at the time of signup: timestamp, IP address (used for rate-limiting, security, and fraud prevention), and approximate geo-location derived from your IP (country, region or state, city, postal area)
Cookies and tracking: We do not use marketing or tracking cookies, and irrilo.com does not set any first-party cookies of its own. However, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may place strictly necessary technical cookies or tokens (such as __cf_bm) solely for security, bot-prevention, and rate-limiting purposes.
The signup form posts to a Cloudflare Worker (our front-end submission endpoint), which then forwards your data to MailerLite — our email service provider. Please refer to MailerLite's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.
Why we collect it
The sole purpose of collecting your email is to:
- Notify you when Irrilo launches
- Share occasional updates about the product
- (If you participate in the referral mechanic) Track referrals to award priority access
We collect approximate geo-location to understand the geographic distribution of our future user base, which informs decisions about regional localization and product priorities. We do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
We will not:
- Sell or share your email or any personal data with anyone for advertising or marketing purposes, including "sharing" as defined under the CCPA/CPRA (i.e., disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising)
- Use your email for unrelated marketing
- Share it with third parties beyond MailerLite (our email service provider) and Cloudflare (our edge infrastructure provider), each acting as our data processor
Your consent
By submitting the form, you give explicit consent to processing of your email for the purpose described above. You can withdraw consent at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you
- Emailing privacy@irrilo.com
Your rights
Under GDPR, LGPD (Brazil), CCPA/CPRA (California), Israeli Privacy Protection Law, and other equivalent privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@irrilo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your email address until:
- You unsubscribe or request deletion, OR
- The Irrilo project is discontinued and we delete all data
Data location
Email and subscriber data is stored by MailerLite, with data centers in the European Union and the United States. Cross-border transfers from the EU to other jurisdictions occur under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. Form submission is routed through Cloudflare's global edge infrastructure, which processes the request in transit but does not persistently store subscriber data on our behalf.
