Agricultural Drip Irrigation Design Software
Upload your parcel. Set your crop. Get a hydraulically balanced design — pipe sizing, zone layout, DXF drawing, and BOM — in minutes. No AutoCAD. No manual calculations.
Agricultural irrigation design shouldn't take 2–4 days.
A typical drip system project means: export a parcel from Google Earth, trace it in AutoCAD, calculate hydraulics in Excel, look up emitter specs in a manufacturer catalog, assemble a BOM manually — and repeat from scratch when the client changes something. A small block takes a day. A large one takes a week. The tools are from the 1990s. Irrilo replaces that entire workflow.
Three inputs. One complete design.
KMZ file from Google Earth, map selection, or sketch on a grid. Any format you work with. Irrilo reads the boundary and calculates area automatically.
Crop type · Water source flow and pressure · Irrigation norm · Soil type · Drip type (ODI or SDI) · Emitter spacing · Whether you need a pump, fertigation unit, or automation. The system validates your inputs against FAO crop water requirements.
Irrilo runs hydraulic calculations, divides the field into zones and irrigation shifts, selects pipe diameters and emitters, sizes your filter and valve, selects a pump if needed — and generates all three deliverables simultaneously.
Complete deliverables, ready for the field.
All layers: irrigation zones, mainline pipes with diameters, drip laterals, valve and control head positions, elevation labels. Compatible with AutoCAD and any DXF viewer.
Zone-by-zone tables: area, flow rate, pressure, emission uniformity (EU%). Pressure loss breakdown across the full network. Selected equipment parameters and source verification.
Drip lines by product name and total length. PE and LFT pipes by diameter and length. Fittings, valves, filter, pump, and controller — all with quantities. Prices are not included.
Designed for drip and micro-irrigation.
Works for any project scale — from a backyard vegetable plot to a multi-block commercial farm. The engine adapts automatically.

Smarter irrigation norms — from data, not guesswork
Irrilo validates your irrigation parameters against FAO crop water requirement standards — so your design is grounded in established agronomic benchmarks. The engine checks your inputs against crop-specific data and flags mismatches before calculations run.
→ Coming: irrigation scheduling based on NASA ET₀ evapotranspiration data for your location.
